The Pinnacle Falls POA will be established to oversee the care of the community.Dues include enjoyment, care, & maintenance of clubhouse, pool, entrance gate, trails, road maintenance, snow removal, common area landscaping, pond. Dues also include the capital improvement fund, this ensures the financial stability of the community for years to come; $400 at closing and $1200 annually, beginning January 2009.
