Building Your Dream Home

We try hard here at Pinnacle Falls to make building your dream home fun, flexible, and stress free.

There are two main options when building at Pinnacle Falls:

Use the Builder and/or Architect of your choice.
You are not limited to any specific builder or set of designs here at Pinnacle Falls. If you have already been planning your dream home in your head for years or have a strong independent streak, then have at it! We can help you get started with a list of recommended architects and builders including the designers and builders of our models and clubhouse.
Use our partner, Natural Element Homes.
Natural Element Homes provides a unique build-to-order type program with the goal of making the home building process as simple and stress free as possible. They offer floor plans from incredible designers such as Shawn Fisher and Moss Creek, or they can help you create a custom design based on your ideas or drawings.

Designs to Fit Your Budget

Of course with such a wide range of building options, home sizes, styles, and mountain terrain, prices vary considerably. But for general calculations, most homes built at Pinnacle Falls range from $150 to $200 dollars a square foot. This is a turn-key, walk-in-the-door price including all driveways, appliances, etc - but land is not included.
