Access to Amenities

The Pinnacle Falls Community is located just outside the city limits of Hendersonville – the second largest city in the North Carolina Mountains. This close proximity to town is a hard to find luxury that allows for unique amenities including city source water, high speed Internet access, and easy building sites. Several grocery stores including Ingles, Harris Teeter, and The Fresh Market are all within just 20 minutes of Pinnacle Falls. You also have access to major medical facilities at Pardee Hospital in Hendersonville (ranked in the top 5% nationally), Park Ridge Hospital in Fletcher, and Mission Hospital in Asheville.

Year-Round Activities

There are enough activities and places to see in the Blue Ridge Mountains region to fill several books. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Blue Ridge Parkway are some of the most famous natural areas, but hidden treasures such as the Dupont State Forest, Lake Summit, and the Flat Rock Playhouse are within a few minutes of Pinnacle Falls. Historic Downtown Hendersonville’s annual Apple Festival, and the Mountain State Fair bring traditions that are fun for the whole family.
